Can the Gold system heat the room?
Yes. It provides heating and cooling for one suitable large room or connected open-plan space, with a declared heating output of 25,000 BTU.
Will it cool my whole house?
No. The Gold package conditions one suitable large room or connected open-plan space. Separate closed rooms may require additional systems.
Can I use it overnight?
Yes, where the system is correctly sized and positioned. Silence mode is available when quieter operation is preferred.
How long does installation take?
Many suitable standard back-to-back installations are completed within one working day. Access, equipment weight, electrical work and route complexity may affect this.
How noisy is it?
Indoor sound pressure ranges from 29.5 to 45 dB(A). Outdoor sound pressure is rated at 59 dB(A). Perceived sound depends on mode, position and surroundings.
What room size does it suit?
The manufacturer guide is 32–47m². Room area alone does not determine capacity, so we assess the full heat load before recommending the system.
What electrical supply does it require?
The system uses a 220–240V, single-phase, 50Hz supply. Nominal current is 11.5A and maximum current is 15.5A. The final electrical arrangement is confirmed during assessment.
