Can the Silver system heat the room?
Yes. It provides heating and cooling for one suitable larger room or connected open-plan space, with a declared heating output of 19,000 BTU.
Will it cool my whole house?
No. The package conditions one suitable room or connected open-plan space. Separate closed rooms may require additional systems.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes. Wi-Fi and compatible app control are included, along with a handheld remote.
How long does installation take?
Most suitable standard back-to-back installations are completed within one working day. Access, electrical work and installation complexity may affect this.
What room size does it suit?
The manufacturer guide is 24–35m². Room area alone does not determine capacity, so we assess the complete heat load before recommending the system.
What electrical supply does it require?
The system uses a 220–240V, single-phase, 50Hz supply. The maximum current rating is 10.2A on a Type D fuse. The final electrical arrangement is confirmed during assessment.
