The advertised prices are based on a straightforward single-split installation. If your route is different, we can normally still quote it remotely from clear photos.

- ✓One indoor unit connected to one outdoor unit.
- ✓Indoor and outdoor units positioned back-to-back on opposite sides of the same external wall.
- ✓Approximately 2–3 metres of refrigerant pipework.
- ✓Gravity condensate drainage with no pump required.
- ✓Straightforward, safe access at normal working height.
- ✓System commissioning, testing and customer controls demonstration.
- ✓For most suitable single splits, power can normally be taken from a suitable nearby socket circuit via a local fused spur.

- ↗Longer pipe runs or routes around corners.
- 💧Condensate pumps where gravity drainage is not possible.
- 🪜High-level outdoor units or specialist access equipment.
- 🔩Unusual brackets, mounting arrangements or difficult structural conditions.
- ⚡Additional electrical work where the existing circuit is not suitable.
- 🔗Multi-split systems. These require technical review and a dedicated consumer-unit electrical supply installed by an electrician at additional cost.
A longer or slightly non-standard route does not automatically mean you need a site survey. Send us room dimensions and clear photos and we will assess the job remotely wherever possible.

Which Haier size do I need?
We size the system from the room dimensions, room type, glazing, insulation and likely heat load. The 2.5, 3.5 and 5.0 kW buttons above are equipment choices, not a substitute for proper sizing.
Does Haier Revive Plus heat as well as cool?
Yes. The systems provide both cooling and reverse-cycle heating, so they can be used throughout the year.
Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. Built-in Wi-Fi / app control is part of the AC BRUM Haier Revive Plus offer.
Is the website price guaranteed for every property?
No. It is a starting price for a suitable standard single-split, back-to-back installation. If your installation needs extra pipework, a pump, specialist access or additional electrical work, we confirm any additional cost before booking.
Do I need a site survey?
Usually not for a straightforward residential installation. Clear room dimensions, indoor and outdoor photos and a floor plan where available can normally give us enough information to quote remotely. We recommend a physical survey only when genuine technical uncertainty remains.
What electrical supply is normally used?
For most straightforward single-split systems, we can normally take the supply from a suitable nearby socket circuit and install a local fused spur, subject to confirming suitability for the exact unit. Multi-splits require a dedicated consumer-unit supply installed by an electrician at additional cost.
What warranty is included?
Our current offer includes a five-year parts warranty. Exact warranty conditions are confirmed with the final equipment and quotation.
