A suitable matched indoor and outdoor unit, short back-to-back connection route, appropriate condensate drainage, straightforward access, installation, commissioning and handover.

What is a standard back-to-back installation?
The indoor wall unit and outdoor condenser are placed close together on opposite sides of a suitable external wall.
This can provide a short pipework and cable route, subject to suitable drainage, access and electrical requirements.
