One suitable room, a short back-to-back pipe route of around 2 m, gravity condensate drain and a practical safe ground or low outdoor position. Matched indoor and outdoor equipment, fitting, commissioning and handover are included.

Longer routes, condensate pumps, difficult or high access, scaffolding and electrical work beyond the agreed scope are separately assessed. Your written quote confirms final price and VAT treatment.
Our current equipment warranty offer on the quoted Haier and MHI ranges is five years, subject to registration, annual servicing and written terms. We confirm exact parts and labour coverage. MHI stock and model pairing are checked before promising a date.
What the starting price assumes
What is back-to-back installation?
The indoor unit and outdoor unit sit on opposite sides of the same external wall. The connecting pipe and cable take a short route through that wall, with a workable gravity drain and safe access for the outdoor unit.
A simple route helps keep the installation tidy and within the standard starting-price basis.
Internal walls, longer pipe runs, a pumped drain, difficult access or additional electrical work need a separate check.
We confirm the positions and scope from photos where possible, then price any extras before booking.

🔥 Can my air conditioner heat as well as cool?
Yes. The quoted Haier Revive Plus and MHI split systems offer heating and cooling for a properly sized room. Actual running costs depend on model, weather, insulation, settings, usage and electricity tariff.
📸 Can I get a price from photographs?
Often, yes. Send your postcode, room type and approximate dimensions, plus photos of the room, proposed indoor wall, corresponding outside wall and outdoor position. We will ask for a site visit only when a material detail needs checking.
